Job Description: Empire High School is seeking a dedicated and experienced Head Varsity Football Coach to lead our athletic program with integrity, passion, and excellence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the varsity team, including training, development, and mentoring student-athletes while fostering a competitive and positive team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance player performance and team success.
Provide leadership and mentorship to student-athletes, emphasizing sportsmanship, discipline, and teamwork.
Organize and supervise team practices, conditioning programs, and game strategies.
Coordinate with assistant coaches, athletic trainers, and school administration.
Promote academic achievement and ensure players adhere to eligibility requirements.
Represent Empire High School with professionalism in the community and in interscholastic competitions.
Ensure compliance with Arizona Interscholastic Association (AIA) rules and school policies.
Manage team logistics, including scheduling, equipment inventory, and budget considerations.
Engage in community outreach and fundraising efforts to support the athletic program.
Qualifications:
Required:
Prior coaching experience at the high school, club, or collegiate level.
Strong knowledge of the sport’s fundamentals, rules, and strategies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to foster a positive and inclusive team environment.
CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
Must pass a background check as required by the school district.
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Sports Management, or a related field.
Previous experience as a varsity or assistant coach.
Knowledge of strength and conditioning principles.
Experience with student-athlete development programs.

Cicero Prep is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Girls Beach Volleyball Coach to lead our high school beach volleyball program. This is an exciting opportunity to work with motivated athletes in a growing program and to help build a culture of excellence, teamwork, and sportsmanship.

Plan, organize, and conduct practices for the beach volleyball team.
Develop strategies and provide coaching during matches and tournaments.

Mesa High is excited for their 1st Annual Battle at The Burrow. The field will include up to 12 teams and will be divided into 2 pools. Pool play games will be played at Mesa High School on Thursday, March 12th, Friday, March 13th, & Saturday March 14th. The Single elimination tournament will be played at Mesa High School on Saturday, March 14th. We have great facilities with lights which held the 6A Softball Quarterfinals last year. Each team is guaranteed 4 games.
