Girls Soccer Tournament
Gold Cup 24/25
Our annual Girls Tournament is back! We moved the date up from Christmas Break so more teams would have a chance to participate with a full roster!) This gives you plenty of time to change any regular season games you may have scheduled!
Our tournament is meant to be competitive and give every team a chance to win so it is only open to 2A-5A schools that were ranked #28 through #50 in AZPreps365 at the end of the 23-24 season. There are exceptions for teams that may have played in the past but that is up to our discretion. I think everyone can agree it isn't fun playing a team that beats you 0-12.
Who: 8 or 12 Teams (depending on team sign ups)
When: Friday 12/13/24 and Saturday 12/14/24
Where: AJHS Davis Field
Guaranteed three games- Pool Play will be Friday (games starting at 10am) and Saturday followed by Semi finals and Finals
Entry Fee: $525 if paid by 11/10/24- $575 after 11/10/24- Make checks/PO's payable to AJHS Girls Soccer. If you cancel after 11/1/24, you will still be charged the entry fee unless I can find a replacement team to fill your spot!
Any questions please reach out to the Varsity Girls Head Coach, Tim McKee tmckee@goaj.org.
