GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Head Boys Basketball Coach is responsible for leading and developing the varsity basketball program while fostering an environment that promotes athletic excellence, teamwork, discipline, leadership, and sportsmanship. The coach will provide instruction in the fundamental skills, strategy, and physical preparation necessary for student-athletes to maximize their potential and achieve both individual and team success.
Applicants should demonstrate a commitment to building and sustaining a basketball program that reflects the mission and values of St. Mary’s Catholic High School. The Head Coach will be expected to develop the whole student-athlete by pursuing excellence in competition while prioritizing faith formation, character development, academic achievement, service, and personal responsibility.
