St. Augustine Catholic High School is seeking a Head Girls Soccer Coach to lead and develop the Girls Soccer program.
Responsibilities:
Plan and lead practices and match-day preparation
Coach and develop student-athletes in skill, strategy, and sportsmanship
Oversee season planning, scheduling, and communication
Maintain team discipline and uphold school policies
Communicate effectively with parents, athletes, and administration
Ensure safety and supervision at all activities
Assist with equipment and facility coordination
Qualifications:
Soccer coaching experience preferred
Knowledge of player development and match tactics
Ability to positively mentor high school student-athletes
Strong leadership and communication skills
Must meet all school and diocesan requirements
