The high school coach will work within the framework of the high school athletic program to provide leadership in the ongoing development and improvement of student athletes in their sport through coordinating, planning, evaluation, and implementation of programs. Collaborating with the Brophy wrestling staff, so the technique flows from one level
to the next
Immersing himself or herself in the Brophy Jesuit community
