• Oversee the safety conditions of the facility/area in which assigned sport is conducted at all times, especially, when students are present.
• Follow district procedures in establishing performance criteria for eligibility in interscholastic competition in his/her sport

• Enforce discipline and sportsmanlike behavior at all times and establish and oversee penalties for breach of such standards by individual students
• Assumes primary responsibility for field or court preparation
• Provide athletic director with team rosters as requested
• Provide athletic director with end of year inventory as requested
• Head Coach of each sport to provide athletic director the evaluation of coaches as requested
• Perform such other tasks (which may require knowledge of other job descriptions) as may seem to be appropriate to the School Board or Administration.

Crismon High School is seeking a motivated and positive 7th/8th Grade Co-Ed Flag Football Coach for the upcoming season. We are looking for a coach who can create a supportive, fun, and development-focused environment for our junior high athletes.

Position Overview:
This position works under and in collaboration with the Head Varsity Football Coach to ensure alignment across the program.
