Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated, energetic, and experienced Head Varsity Girls Track & Field Coach to lead our program. The ideal candidate will possess a deep knowledge of track and field disciplines, a passion for student-athlete development, and a commitment to fostering a competitive, positive, and inclusive team culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Leadership: Organize, supervise, and lead all varsity practices, meets, and team activities.

• Skill Development: Implement effective training regimens for all event disciplines (sprints, hurdles, distance, jumps, and throws).

• Athlete Mentorship: Foster character development, sportsmanship, academic accountability, and teamwork among student-athletes.

• Safety & Compliance: Ensure all district, region, and state athletic association rules and safety protocols are strictly followed.

• Administration: Coordinate meet entries, manage equipment, and maintain clear communication with parents, school administration, and athletic staff.

Qualifications

• Prior competitive coaching experience (High School Varsity or Collegiate level preferred).

• Deep understanding of technical skills, strategy, and training methods for track and field events.

• Valid NFHS Coaching Certification (or willingness to obtain).

• Valid CPR/First Aid certification and required fingerprint/background clearances.

• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

ALA Radiance, a new and growing school, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Head Boys Volleyball Coach to build and lead our high school volleyball program from the ground up. Qualifications:

Previous coaching experience at the high school or club level preferred

Strong knowledge of volleyball fundamentals, strategy, and program building

Proven leadership and ability to establish a positive team culture

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Passion for mentoring student-athletes and building character

CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Must pass background check and meet school employment requirements
